What we can offer:

Manifold 

The control panel features digital pressure indication for cylinder bank contents and pipeline distribution pressure. The panel also displays the following: Power On, System Fault, Bank Running for each cylinder header, Bank Empty for each cylinder header, low Pressure and High Pressure. 

The panel also incorporates a plant to alarm interface which provides contacts for both a medical gas alarm system and BMS system, Normal, Duty Bank Empty. The panel also includes a safety relief valve, a line valve and a copper stub pipe for connecting to the Hospital distribution system pipework.

Air Compressor

Silent and capable of producing high quality air. The motion of the rotation scroll causes the decreased volume (compression) of feed air in the shape of a crescent moon formed between the fixed scroll and rotating scroll, which compress the feed air before being output to the outlet.

Vacuum Pump 

Design and build medical vacuum plants in accordance with the HTM02-01 standards. The plants are manufactured in a choice of package, module and stack formats for ease of installation. The range of plants is designed to provide the flow requirements of the system at the most economical cost.

Copper Pipes Installation Systems

A comprehensive range of copper tube products to comply with a variety of applications and International Standards.

When brazing joints, lines must be continuously purged with nitrogen or another appropriate inert gas. Medical gas copper tubes and fittings must be joined with a 5% silver brazing alloy as per HTM 02-01. 

After brazing, all joints should be cleaned and inspected visually. Pressure and contaminant testing should be performed on installed tubing before final approval and use of the system.

GH1 LIFTING MODULE

The new GH1 ceiling hoist system is designed to meet the full range of day-to-day lifting needs in private homes, sheltered housing and care homes. It takes up very little space, and is very easy to use with the full range of Guldmann lifting slings and other lifting accessories.

GH3 LIFTING MODULE

The GH3 ceiling lift system is a state-of-the-art system for dealing with the full spectrum of demanding lifting and moving needs encountered in professional care environments.

This system has the big advantage that it is always ready for use – the lifting modules recharge while mounted on the rail. These lifting modules move near-silently using only a minimum of current. Transitions between rail sections are virtually unnoticeable, for maximum comfort.
