FAQs for FSN Recall Program

After you had registered your device with Junnimed, we will process this claim with Philips Respironics. You will receive a notification message from us once the replacement part is available.


Update: We had just received the replacement kit from Philips Respironics. However we were informed by the Philips global team that there will be a new IFU for the repaired units and this new IFU is still pending approval from US FDA. We are not allowed to proceed with the part replacement before the approval is obtained as this will lead to a serious regulatory violation. We continue to work with Philips Respironics on the progress and will do our utmost best to start the replacement program as soon as we can.  

No. We need at least 3-4 working days (excluding the day you leave your device) to check the machine and the part for replacement to be completed. We will notify you when your device is ready to be collected back.

No, unfortunately all the devices that we had on hand now are affected by this FSN.

To ensure a smooth and prompt replacement process, we do not entertain walk-ins for this replacement program. Please send in your devices to us only when you had received the notification message from us.    

You can send your device down to our Junnimed Services Shop located in Little India MRT Station, Downtown Line during our operating hours. Please kindly ensure that you are fully vaccinated and has no close contact with Covid patients in the past 14 days prior to coming down.

Machine will be checked upon collection. Please ensure the device is in working condition before leaving our shop.

No. Only fully vaccinated personnel are allowed to enter our shop. This is to protect yourself and other customers. Please ask your family member or friend (who are fully vaccinated) or you can engage 3rd party courier services to bring the device down to our shop on your behalf.

No. Please stay home until your health status/ test status shows CLEARED in your TraceTogether App before you leave your residence. We are unable to accept anyone who had tested positive or had come into close contact with COVID patients into our premise for safety reasons.

Philips is commencing the repair for Dream Station device first and will update once the repair kits for the other product models are available.

Philips has a robust Quality Management System and has followed our review and analysis processes to help identify and address this issue.

The products were designed according to, and in compliance with, appropriate standards upon release. As new standards are developed, they require assessment of product characteristics according to quality and regulatory processes. Philips Quality Management System has been updated to reflect these new requirements.

However, while standards have been updated, products developed on the prior standard are still in compliance with medical device regulations. The foam degradation and chemical emission issues were discovered as part of our Quality Management System processes and are being corrected in accordance with appropriate regulatory requirements.

Philips has been in full compliance with relevant standards upon product commercialization.

Yes. We will extend our servicing of CPAP devices for you even if it had passed the validity period due to this FSN. We will notify you once our CPAP servicing resumes.

We are currently focusing on the Replacement parts program. Hence, we will not be doing any Servicing at this moment.

For those who have already purchased the Servicing package from us, we will notify you once our Servicing resume.

The Warranty for these machines purchased online is 2 years from the date of purchase.

No. There is no warranty for any masks purchase.

Strictly no self-collection is allowed for online purchases. If it is urgent and you wish to purchase it, kindly drop by our Shop for purchase. 

Philips DreamStation Wi-Fi Accessory-Modem is designed for use with Philips Respironics DreamStation series of therapy devices. The modem transmits therapy data via users’ home Wi-Fi connection network. This information allows medical professionals to access and evaluate a user’s/patient's compliance with CPAP therapy.

Yes, if you purchase the Servicing Package online, the DreamStation Wi-Fi Accessory - Modem is complimentary for you to use. There will be a user manual and start guide provided. The Sleep Therapy Report can be read remotely. Free printing of Sleep Therapy Report within the validity of your Servicing Package period.

For e.g: You have purchased the Servicing Package from us online, it will only be for 1 year. Therefore, you are able to print out your report with us during this 1 year period.

As stated, the Warranty for EverFlo Oxygen Concentrators purchased online is 2 years from the date of purchase online.

There is no warranty for accessories purchased for EverFlo Oxygen Concentrator.
